Headshots and personal brand photography
When your team page looks like a patchwork of mismatched photos
A potential client clicks "Our team" and sees a selfie, a cropped wedding photo and a grey silhouette where someone's face should be. Here is how one planned session turns that page into something that looks like the team you actually run.
Picture a prospective client doing their homework before calling you. They open your website, click "Our team" and scroll.
One person is smiling in a sunlit backyard. Another is clearly cropped out of a wedding photo, a stray shoulder still in the frame. Someone else sent a car selfie. The newest hire is a grey placeholder because nobody got around to it.
Each photo is fine on its own. Together, they tell a story you never meant to tell.
What a mismatched team page costs you
People decide quickly whether a business feels organized and trustworthy, and your team page is often where they decide. A patchwork of photos quietly says the details slip here, even when your work is careful and your people are excellent.
It costs your team, too. The person stuck with the oddly cropped photo knows it. And every time you update your LinkedIn page, a proposal or a brochure, you go hunting for usable pictures again, which eats time nobody has.
How we photograph your team as one
We start with a consultation by phone, video call or in person. We talk about your brand, the personality of your business and how you want your team to be seen, so the photos are planned around you rather than pieced together after the fact.
Next, we talk through your brand colours, what each person should bring and what to wear. That shared plan is what makes a page of separate headshots read as one team.
On the day, hair and makeup are done for each person, and we guide everyone through the poses. Nobody has to figure out what to do with their hands or which way to tilt their chin.
For teams, our Headshot Mini Marathon gives each person three high resolution digital images, so everyone has options for the website, LinkedIn and anything else that needs a photo. If a group shot suits you, we can include one, as we did for an accountant team who wanted both individual headshots and a picture of everyone together.
Because every business needs something a little different, you receive a quote based on what your team needs. And every image is an authentic photo of your people, not an AI image.
What changes when the page finally matches
The next time someone clicks "Our team", they see a group that looks like it belongs together, because it does. Each person has a photo they are glad to share, and you stop scrambling for pictures every time something new needs to go out.
Tell us how many people you have and where the photos will be used, and we will put together a plan and a quote for your team.
