When your photo session ends as a download link you never open
Plenty of photo sessions end with a gallery of hundreds of unedited files, and too often that is where the photos stay. Here is how our glamour sessions end differently: with finished portraits chosen in an afternoon and in your hands within weeks.
Picture the email that arrives a few weeks after a photo session. A link, a password, and three hundred files. You click through the first forty, stop at one where your eyes are half closed, then at another where the light is unkind, and close the tab. You will choose later.
Later rarely comes. The link expires, the files sit somewhere on a hard drive, and the portraits you paid for, the ones meant to mark a birthday or simply celebrate you, never reach a frame.
That is the real cost: not the session, but the moment. A milestone you wanted to remember ends up as a folder nobody opens, and the memory of those unflattering outtakes is the part that sticks.
How our glamour sessions end
We built our glamour portrait process so it finishes with something you can hold, not a pile of homework.
It starts with a discovery call and a consultation, where we plan the session with you. On photography day, plan to spend up to 4 hours at the studio. Your hair and makeup are done professionally, and your outfit is styled before we photograph you, whether you bring your own favourites or choose from the studio wardrobe.
Then, within a week, you come back to the studio for your reveal. We do not show unretouched photos, so you will not be sorting through blinks and awkward angles. You see your portraits, and you select and purchase your favourites right there, with us beside you to help you choose.
About 2 weeks after your selection, your products are delivered with the warranty and print release. Some products can take up to 4 weeks, and we will tell you which.
Prints and files, together
Every image you purchase comes with its matching digital file, in colour and black and white, in the size you purchased. So the portrait on your wall and the file you share with family are the same finished image.
Even your booking retainer works this way. It includes your photo session and 1 matted print with the matching digital file for back up, and the whole retainer is applied toward the package or products you choose.
