Birthday party photo sessions
When you're hosting the party, who's taking the pictures?
You plan the games, pour the juice and chase the cake, and somewhere in there you try to get a decent photo. Then the party ends and your camera roll is full of blurry backs of heads. Here is a birthday party that ends with real photos, and lets you enjoy the afternoon.
Picture the moment the candles are lit. Eight girls crowd around the table, your daughter leans in, and you are holding the lighter in one hand and your phone in the other. By the time you get the camera up, the candles are out and half the faces are turned away.
That is how most home parties go. You are the host, the referee, the cleanup crew and the photographer, all at once. Something has to give, and usually it is the photos.
What it costs you
The party lasts an afternoon. The pictures are what stay. When they come out dark, blurry or missing your daughter altogether, there is nothing to frame and nothing for her friends to take home.
And you miss the day too. Instead of watching her laugh with her friends, you spent it behind a screen, hoping one shot would turn out.

How we run the party for you
Our birthday party photo sessions are built for a girl and her friends, with the photos as part of the plan rather than an afterthought. Here is what that looks like.
First, we design the party with you. Every family is different, so we talk through what suits you and your daughter. If you want a theme, such as glitter, princess or mermaid, Andrea can help you choose one.
Next, the girls get ready together. Each one has her hair done and age appropriate makeup, which is often the part they talk about for weeks.
Then the fun. The party includes activities, dance and music, so there is plenty going on and plenty to smile about.
Finally, the photo session. Your daughter and her friends are photographed together, and every friend goes home with a group photo. Instead of a goodie bag that gets lost, each guest leaves with a picture of the day.
Your birthday girl receives a matted print, ready for framing, so the party has a place on her wall, not just in a phone.
What changes for you
You get to be a parent at the party, not the person juggling a camera. Your daughter gets an afternoon that feels special from the first brush through her hair, and a framed-ready print to remember it by. Her friends go home with something they will actually keep.
If a birthday is coming up, have a look at the party details, or get in touch and we will plan one around her.
