You set aside the evening, curled your hair, did your makeup carefully, and the photos still looked like any other Tuesday. For a milestone, you deserve better than your own bathroom mirror and a rushed blow-dry. Here is how a glamour session takes the hair, makeup and polish off your plate.
Picture the morning of your 80th birthday, or the week you finally decided to treat yourself. You stand at the bathroom mirror with a curling iron that never quite holds, a makeup bag you have had for years, and a plan to look wonderful in a few photos.
An hour later the curls have dropped, the lipstick looks heavier on camera than it did in the mirror, and the pictures show the same tired, everyday you. Not bad. Just not the version you had in mind.
What it costs you
A milestone only comes once. When the photos from it look ordinary, you tuck them away instead of framing them, and the chance to see yourself at your best that year quietly passes.
It also chips at your confidence. After enough flat attempts, it is easy to decide you simply do not photograph well, when the real gap was styling and finishing, not you.
How we handle it
Our glamour portraits are built so you never have to be your own stylist.
First, a discovery call, then a consultation where we plan the session with you: the look you want, the mood and what you will wear. Bring your own favourite outfits, casual or formal, or choose from our studio wardrobe.
On photo day, professional hair styling and makeup are included, done for the camera, not just for the mirror. Your outfit is styled before we photograph you, so every detail is settled before the first frame. Plan for up to 4 hours with us, which gives time to get ready without rushing.
Then comes the high-end editing. Within a week you return to see your images and choose your favourites, and you only ever see retouched photos, never the unedited ones. Your products arrive 2 to 4 weeks after your selection, depending on the product, with the warranty and print release, and every image you purchase includes the matching digital file in colour and black and white.
What changes for you
Instead of wrestling with a curling iron, you sit back while someone else does the work. Instead of photos you hide, you get portraits polished enough to frame and share with the people who matter.
